1.2. How long will it take to dispatch my order?
Orders before 3 p.m. on business days will be dispatched on the same day! Orders after 3 p.m. will be dispatched on the next business day.
1.3. Can I track my order delivery?
Tracking Information is always available once the item has been shipped.
1.4. Can I be able to change the receiving address?
If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we can update the address for you. But if your order is on the way, unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.
1.5. There is a missing/defective/incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

1.6. I have not received my parcel, what should I do?
The postage service sometimes loses parcels, it happens even the very rare chance. If you still not receive your order within 15 working days since you receive the "Shipment notice" email/SMS, please contact us via email: (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will contact the postage provider for further information.
