If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase , we're here to help. 

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be damaged when you have received it. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or where a discount code has been used cannot be refunded.

If it has been 40 Business days and you have not received your order you may be eligible for a Full Refund.
