When will my order ship?

Our products usually – key word usually – ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (business days do NOT include weekends or holidays)! However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be patient!! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbours and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping is free!

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. We are not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

When will my favourite product be back in stock?

We always announce our current re-stocks via our newsletter. Please subscribe for all announcements.

I couldn't find the answer I'm looking for here, what do I do now?

Send us an email! Our customer service team will be happy to help with any other question you may have! Send your name, order number (if applicable), and questions to us (solutionsjhm@gmail.com) ! Our hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer service teams will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response.
